1. Abstract

PromptNet is a decentralized protocol that transforms AI prompts into programmable, ownable, and tradable assets. As prompts increasingly drive the outputs of large language models and agentic systems, PromptNet establishes the infrastructure to tokenize, rate, monetize, and distribute prompts on-chain, with full support for creator reputation, usage analytics, agent access, and prompt provenance.

2. Problem

AI is becoming modular and agentic, but the most critical input layer — prompts — remains unstructured, ephemeral, and unmonetized. Platforms like FlowGPT are centralized, offer no creator sovereignty, and lack incentive alignment. There is no open protocol to:

• Track prompt usage or efficiency
• Verify origin and ownership
• Let creators earn royalties
• Power AI agents directly from on-chain prompts

3. Protocol Design

Prompt Object Schema

• prompt_id: content-addressable ID (CID)
• creator_wallet: Solana public key
• llm_model: Target LLM (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Midjourney)
• prompt_text: Clean, raw prompt string
• category: Code / Marketing / Design / Biz / Meme / System
• score: Vectorized LLM score (0.00–1.00)
• price: Set in $PROMPT or free
• usage_stats: Calls, copies, purchases

On-Chain Storage

• Metadata is stored in PDAs (Program Derived Addresses)
• Content stored on Arweave or IPFS
• Optional zk-hash for originality

Prompt Licensing

• Default: Non-exclusive tokenized license (ERC-721-like on Solana)
• Future: Exclusive / expiring licenses, fractional access

• PromptMarket.sol: Manages upload, pricing, royalties, usage count
• ReputationEngine.sol: Tracks wallet reputation and peer feedback
